Anti-social behaviour

Please remember that as a tenant or leaseholder you are responsible for the behaviour of the members of your family, other members of your household and your visitors around the estate. You should not annoy your neighbours and other residents and respect their right to the peaceful enjoyment of their homes.

Though the housing department will make every effort to ensure that residents enjoy a safe and secure environment, and deals very firmly with anti-social behaviour, please remember you have a responsibility to keep to the rules set
out in your tenancy conditions or lease.

In the first instance, for less serious forms of neighbour nuisance, you should try and resolve the problem with your neighbour yourself.
